1. Who we are
This policy applies to Make (“the App”).
2. What we collect
- Google OAuth profile and access tokens to connect to Google services you choose (e.g., Slides/Drive/Sheets).
- Operational metadata created by your automations (e.g., render/job IDs).
We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use data
- To run your automations (e.g., read/write Sheets, create Slides, render video, post to Instagram).
- To maintain security and diagnose issues.
4. Third-party processors
We may process data via: Google (Workspace & Google APIs), Make (automation platform), Shotstack (video rendering), Dropbox/Google Drive (file hosting), and Meta (Instagram). Each processor handles data under its own terms and policies.
5. Data retention
We retain only what’s needed to operate the App. You can revoke Google access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can ask us to delete data via the contact below.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. API tokens are stored by the platforms that manage the integrations (e.g., Make).
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We’ll update the “Effective date” above.
